One problem with this is Michael was born in November, per his funeral flyer in "System". Another problem is the date on the health code flyer appears to be dated in June, a date that matches Richie's comment to Sydney that Michael died four months earlier, and Michael died in February per that same funeral flyer. Bottom line - probably just an inconsistency / production error.
